How do I add a clock to Notion?

Does the clock use my time zone?
Yes. It renders in each viewer's local time zone, so the same link shows the correct time to everyone who opens the page.
Can I hide the seconds or the date?
Yes. Both are toggles in the configurator — turn off seconds for a calmer look, or the date to show time only.
Does 12-hour format show AM/PM?
Yes. Switching to 12-hour adds an AM/PM suffix automatically. With seconds hidden, the clock shows a plain HH:MM display.
