How do I add reactions to Notion?

How many times can one person react?
Each browser can react once per button — the tap is remembered locally, so a visitor cannot inflate a counter by tapping repeatedly in the same browser.
Do all visitors see the same counts?
Yes. Counts are stored centrally and refresh about once a minute, so every visitor sees the same shared tally.
Can I pick which reaction buttons appear?
Yes — toggle Like, Heart, Fire and Star in the configurator's Icons control (at least one stays on), and the embed link carries your selection.
